Next Levels LLC
User Agreement & Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026. This policy governs Next Levels LLC websites, client portals, software, automation systems, and authorized third-party integrations. It explains the terms that apply and how information is collected, used, secured, retained, and deleted.
01 User Agreement
Acceptance and authority
By accessing or using the covered services, you agree to this User Agreement and represent that you have authority to act for yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree or lack that authority, do not use the services.
Authorized use and connected services
You may use the services only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable agreements, instructions, and access rights. When you connect a third-party service, you authorize access only for the disclosed purpose and the permissions shown during authorization. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide, for protecting your credentials, for maintaining appropriate permissions, and for the actions of users you authorize.
Operations, ownership, and protection
Next Levels LLC uses commercially reasonable measures to operate and secure the services, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, third-party dependencies, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Features and integrations may be updated when needed for reliability, security, compatibility, or business operations.
Customers retain ownership of their data. Next Levels LLC and its licensors retain ownership of their software, workflows, designs, documentation, methods, and other technology. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, services, data, rights, or safety; investigate misuse or security concerns; comply with law; or enforce applicable agreements.
02 Privacy Policy
Privacy roles
Next Levels LLC owns and controls its business and QuickBooks data. VYZYN AI Labs is the technology operator for the QuickBooks integration and processes that data only on Next Levels LLC’s instructions.
Information we process
- Account, business, and contact information.
- Business records, communications, scheduling, operations, and support information.
- Authentication, device, browser, usage, diagnostic, audit, and security logs.
- Data from integrations that an authorized user connects and permits us to access.
How information is used
Information is used to provide, configure, support, maintain, and secure the services; perform authorized automation, migration, reconciliation, reporting, cutover, and verification; manage authentication, access controls, tenant separation, error handling, and fraud prevention; and satisfy contractual, accounting, audit, security, and legal obligations.
Data is not sold or used for third-party or behavioral advertising or to build unrelated marketing profiles.
Disclosure
Information may be disclosed to authorized users; personnel with a business need; providers necessary to deliver, host, secure, or support the services; confidential professional advisers; and authorities when legally required. Access is limited to the least information reasonably needed. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to protect users, services, rights, or safety.
Security
Safeguards include encrypted transport, access controls, least-privilege permissions, secrets kept outside source code, tenant separation, logging, and source-lineage records. No security method, network, or storage system can provide an absolute guarantee.
Retention, deletion, and requests
Information is retained only as needed to provide the service; complete migration and reconciliation; preserve accounting and audit evidence; maintain security; resolve disputes; fulfill contracts; or comply with law. After those needs end, information is deleted or de-identified. Authorized users may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some information may be retained when required or permitted for accounting integrity, audit, security, dispute resolution, contractual duties, or legal compliance.
03 QuickBooks Online
Read-only source access
Source access is read-only. The connection does not create, update, delete, void, send, pay, or synchronize any transaction or record back to QuickBooks Online.
Authorization and roles
An authorized Next Levels LLC administrator connects QuickBooks Online through Intuit OAuth and approves the permissions shown. Next Levels LLC remains the owner and controller of the data. VYZYN AI Labs operates the connection technology on Next Levels LLC’s instructions.
QuickBooks data categories
Subject to the administrator’s authorization and Intuit API availability, source data may include company settings; chart of accounts; customers, vendors, employees, products, and services; invoices, payments, estimates, sales receipts, credits, bills, bill payments, purchases, checks, deposits, transfers, and journal entries; classes, departments, terms, tax references, attachments, and reports; and source IDs, timestamps, links, and relationships.
Purpose and source lineage
QuickBooks data is retrieved only for an authorized migration, reconciliation, verification, cutover, or replacement financial system. To preserve history, auditability, evidence, and reconciliation, the process may retain raw source JSON, immutable source IDs, retrieval metadata, and relationship mappings. The connection never writes or synchronizes data back to QuickBooks Online.
Disconnection
An authorized Next Levels LLC administrator may revoke the connection through Intuit or contact support. Revocation stops future retrieval. Previously imported records and lineage evidence are retained only when needed for accounting integrity, migration verification, audit, security, contract, or law, and are otherwise deleted or de-identified under the retention practices above.
04 Contact & Requests
For questions or authorized requests for access, correction, export, deletion, or QuickBooks disconnection, email support@nextlevelsllc.com. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or financial credentials.
